As the online organizer of Progressive Majority, I managed all online communications and media efforts. When I came to Progressive Majority, they needed to migrate their site and make it more social media friendly and engaging resources and content for potential candidates.

With that in mind, I managed the complete migration and site redesign of Progressive Majority’s site. Major improvements were:

• Converting 80 page Candidate Handbook into an easy to digest FAQ
• Creation of Candidate Resources Portal and Candidate Training center
• Better and more fluid intake process of potential candidates
• Establish ongoing recruitment campaign, Run for America
